Wilma Davis***** Church Drive*Charleston WV *********-***-****-******-***Problem with Frontier Communications*Account * ***-***-****-******-****For the past two years I have been trying to get Frontier to Contact Eastern Associates which is a collection agency. They are trying to collect on a frontier bill that I have paid off two years ago. Frontier claims they made a mistake and dad would contact them. They sent me a copy of my bill stating that I didn’t owe them any money. I received a refund check from frontier for $*.**. This is on my credit report and I want it off now. This is been going on for two years. I faxed a copy of Frontier‘s statement to Eastern Associates -account *********. They claim that Frontier sends out monthly statements stating that I owe money. This has to end now!
