The issue in GetHuman-coachfer's own words
I cancelled service with Frontier on ******* and went with another company. I received a final bill, but only * return box - I need * more return boxes. I've spoken with * different people and each has said they will send me the return equipment boxes and postage slips AND a detailed final bill. None of them have done so. I last spoke with Christian Joseph on ****** at *:** pm. He assured me he would send me the return boxes and postage slips AND a FINALIZED FINAL BILL. All I have received is a single charge final bill for $***.**. There is NO WAY that is correct. I only used your service until ******* - not even a whole month. My first "final bill" was for $***.**, which is still way too high for a partial month. Your form letter says you will turn it over to a collections agency if I don't pay. I will sue you if you do, because I have been trying to get everything from you so I can settle up CORRECTLY. SEND ME A CORRECT ITEMIZED FINAL BILL (service stop *******) and * more RETURN BOXES WITH NECESSARY POSTAGE.
