Help with my Frontier Communications issue

I’m trying to get this package NHL off November bill that I did not order ... Acct.* ***-*******-******-**November **** bill indicated I ordered a NHL package for ***.**. DID NOT!!! No one will help me take it off my bill, then I was told DENIED to take off bill. Now I have a shut off notice with that package on it. I refuse to pay for something I never ordered. Some reps pretty rude.
Is I am not going to pay for something I did not order
They could make this right by taking the package off the November bill
I have been a customer since the inception of Frontier and being treated like this make me want to change to another service
Calling calling calling with no resolve.
I have an issue with Frontier Communications too
