I have had issues with my service for quite some time now. The picture goes in and out with pixels across screen. Voice goes in and out as well. when I call for help they want me to go to rotar and so multiple things. I am * weeks post op open heart surgery, I can no do all they want. I called last night and the earliest they can send a tech out is on the **th of Oct. TV is all I have to depend on, and I can not watch it. I pay my bill on time and in full, but I NEVER get a months worth of service. I need a company tat is going to help me with my needs. If theres a storm, it rains,or the wind blows, I have no service or unwatchable television. I am very disappointed in your company, why is there no help available on weekends? For me or anyone to have to wait * days for service is just plain crazy. Are you going to take * days off my bill?*I would appreciate an answer, and long before the **th.
