My phone bill has been average of $*** for years. After I called up with a question, the rep inadvertently cancelled my International calling p,an. My next bill was $****. * long phone calls later, I am still told that it will be fixed. Weeks later, my bill is still $****. They tell me they will fix it & don't . I did not cancel the plan...the rep must have done it by mistake. I have had it for years, to call my family. I need the plan. They KNOW I did not cancel it. They dropped my bill $**!!!!!!! Is there any one there that can figure out this FRONTIER error.
