I have been experiencing slow and dropped connection while using the internet and streaming shows. It was so bad that I started doing a speed tests when the tv froze or lost sound. *I have a log of the speeds and we have been getting only ** Mbps max on the download since back in Nov of ****. We don’t watch tv often and it was irritatiing enough that we had stopped watching. *This week it dropped as low as * Mpbs. *I finally called and waited to speak to Support who seems to have found our issue.***We have been paying for ** Mpbs and our account was set at **Mbps! ****I think that I should receive a credit for the MONTHS that I was effectively over-paying for a service I did not get. It was so frustrating to lose sound and picture *-* times per episode. The only was to resume was to exit the app and restart.
