I had decided to change from Frontier to Comcast but changed my mind when the agent from Frontier said I could lock in my price at $** less per month if I signed up for two years but first I would have to call Comcast because they had locked my account and Frontier couldn't change anything at the moment. I called Comcast and cancelled my appointment with them, called Frontier back and was told I could only get $** less a month. REALLY???? That is not the way to keep a good customer who ALWAYS pays their bill in full every month.
GetHuman-llummen did not yet indicate what Frontier Communications should do to make this right.
