Hello, My niece cami Navarrete had a reservation D*T*NY with Frontier airlines for ******* going from Chicago to Santa Ana, ca which she cancelled on line the next day ****** due to the flu running temperature and cough. They charged her ** dollars cancellation fee and gave her a credit of *** to be used until ********. Cami does not have that kind of money to lose since she is working as an “oper” manking *** dollars a week. She just came here with a contract for a year. I called the airline and I spoke to different supervisors to see if Cami could get the refund or the full credit of $***.**,Rubina, Blanca and specially Blanca was rude an uncooperative she did not want to give me the city where she was located or the address or frontier and refused to accept or hear the situation, please help me to see if Cami could get her full money back, thank you,*Ruth*G*****@***.com****-***-****
