Due to a global pandemic and the US cancelling travel and shutting business down in May and into April ****, we were not able to go on our already scheduled vacation. We had to cancel our flight through Frontier on March **, **** and just assumed that the credit voucher we received would be good once everything started to open back up. I was wrong, after speaking with one of your customer support personnel, I was informed that my credit voucher expired and now my money I spent for my ticket was gone. This is really an unfortunate event that a company such as Frontier Airlines has decided to not extend travel credit (since there was a pandemic) and wants to basically steal money from customers. I want a refund or my credit voucher extended. If you need additional information, please email me.
