Trying to use an expired credit ... Im trying to use a COVID** credit at Frontier Airlines - i am a first responder who has been very busy over the last few months helping with COVID**. I've tried a number of times to reach customer service line before credit expired but could never get through due to very long wait times - my credits expired *******. I am being told that my credits (almost $*,***) has expired and there is nothing that can be done. I am very disappointed with Frontier Airlines lack of integrity and empathy if that is the case. I was busy on the front lines helping to battle COVID-**. Helping people who were sick and scared and unable to spend hours on the phone trying to rebook a vacation. Should I be penalized for this ? All I want is to rebook using my credit.
I am a first responder and the last couple of months have been complete chaos. I tried calling a few times but could not wait on the line for the extended period of time
