To whom it may concern at Frontier airlines, (no one at frontier customer service seems to take my terrifying experience seriously)**I’m writing this letter to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction in Frontiers handling of the delayed flight with myself and my two sons, one being * months old. On March **, **** What was supposed to be a *:** flight at *:**PM from Charlotte to Philadelphia turned into our worst nightmare. Philadelphia turned into our worst nightmare. Our flight was delayed *xs making it * hours late. I went from * bottles to feed my infant to ONE! I asked for my luggage off the plane for my infants special formula and got ZERO assistance.** This nightmare started with our plane arriving late. We finally got to board at *:** to only be held up on the plane because flight attendants had to argue with a passenger to give up his seat. Which is none of our business because you decide in poor business practice to overbook flights, which seems to be more frequent than not. *After the passenger finally gave up his seat we were then told at *:** that we had to get off the plane because of a mechanical error. At this point I only have one bottle left. I told the frontier desk attendant I needed my bags off the plane to get my infants formula. I was told I would have to pick them up from baggage claim which was on the other side of the airport and downstairs!! Me and my two sons ran to bagged claim C(from section A) to only find one of my bags there. Completely out of breath and in fear for my infant I was waiting for the luggage that had the formula in it. It wasn’t but * minutes after waiting that a Frontier desk attendant came to me and told me “hurry up and get back to the gate because they were boarding.” Scared I was going to miss my flight me and my children ran to security which was upstairs and had to go through security AGAIN, then ran to gate A** ONLY to find out that we were lied to and THEY WERE NOT BOARDING AT ALL!!! Now we are out of breath, exhausted and with NO formula. My fellow passengers sitting around me were offering help and suggestions which is more then I can say about Frontiers attendants who were not doing anything whatsoever to be of assistance. *Now we are boarding at *PM I only have * bottle left to feed my infant as soon as we sat down on the plane. After arriving in Philadelphia at **:** I had to run off the plane to get to my luggage to grab my baby’s formula for his already late feeding that he was crying uncontrollably for. We got our luggage and the stroller which had its front two wheels smashed and broken and can never be used again to push my infant. My family and I were leaving a domestic violent situation and all of the stress did not help matters at all. And the one item I had for my son, the stroller, is broke forever. *I used to love Frontier and always flown with them for nearly * years now and I told everyone they had the best deals going, however this last experience has me never wanting to recommend Frontier again. I feel like Frontier doesn’t care about its passengers at all. I was left helpless with a * month old baby and * year old child. And stranded for nearly * hours.
