On August *nd of this year, I booked a flight on Frontier, flying out of Chicago at **:**am on November *th and arriving in Jacksonville at *:**pm on the same day. * The flight number was ***** the confirmation was V*E*GP. On September **th, I received an email telling me that my flight schedule had changed and now, to make the flight from Chicago to Jacksonville, I would first have to fly to Denver on November *th, spend the night there, then fly from there to Jacksonville. For multiple reasons (cost of hotel, dog sitter, work requirements, etc.) this was not a viable option for me. On September **th, I spoke to a customer service representative named Phil. He apologized for the change that Frontier had made, affecting my plans, and offered to both cancel the flight and issue me a $*** voucher. I was glad to hear this, but was skeptical that I would actually get the voucher. Two months later, I have still not received the voucher Phil said he would send me. I do not know how you can verify this, but I would be very disappointed if you were not able to honor a promise made by one of your customer service representatives. Please issue me a $*** voucher to be used on any Frontier flight.
