Scheduled flight at *am on ** Oct in Ontario CA to arrive at ***am in Denver. Had * tickets to Football game at *pm. At *am flight was delayed to *** due to not having a full crew. I asked if this would be the latest delay and they said yes. I told them if not there were other flights to Denver to arrive to meet my needs. At *am flight was delayed again to at least **am. I told them nicely that I would not make my event and the lady said I would be reimbursed and I would see an email within ** hours. It has been over ** hours and nothing. The delay in telling me no crew was available not only forced us to miss our event but I missed the deadline to sell my tickets to the event. I feel like we were misled and should of been told the night before that a crew was not in place to fulfill the flight. I currently am out approximately $**** and am seeking reimbursement.
