Flight *** out of Denver this evening has been cancelled and the next flight to Fresno is * days away. Frontier will fly my wife and our daughter (mom of * kids) to San Francisco tomorrow and landing around midnight. There is no support for a flight to Fresno and they will have to rent a car. They already are out more money for the extra day of their rental out of Denver. Frontier offers tempting fares for many people and then drops the service when it becomes inconvenient for the Company. I write articles for the Fresno Bee and will publish this negligence of Frontier in next Sunday's paper. I will present this story in a forthright and honest manner, but people will see the callous behavior of Frontier.
