Make and pay for a reservation. ... Thank you!*I signed up for Frontier membership very recently - ** October ****. The next day I made an online reservation for two (my husband and me) from HSV to MCO, departing * December **** * returning ** December ****. Adding * checked bag for each of us and all taxes and fees to the air fare the reservation cost was*IS $***.**. I entered all of my Visa credit card information for payment, but lost my internet connectivity prior to receiving some sort of confirmation. Instead of waiting a few minutes to see if I would receive an email confirmation, I called and spoke with Frontier Airline's Customer Service. He saw my reservation and requested my credit card information for payment, and processed and confirmed my reserfaton. I asked him to make note of my concern that he may have created a duplicate payment, as neither he nor I could tell if the credit card payment I had submitted on line prior to contacting him had been successful. He assured me there would be no issue. He said I would probably see one processed payment on my bank statement and possibly an additional $***.** charge posted in a "PENDING" status, and if so, the "PENDING" transaction would "drop off very soon". Well, that did not happen. Today my bank statement reflects two $***.** charges from Frontier Airlines. I spoke with my bank and they told me to contact you and have you credit my account. I tried to do that this afternoon. The Frontier Airlines rep did not seem to be feeling well or helpful as he actually dropped a "F* * K bomb on his *rd or *th attempt to correctly repeat my credit card number back to me. Ultimately he found no record of two charges for *$***.** and told me to go on this website and send in a copy of my bank statement with this email.**I still have not found anywhere on this web site where I can send in an attachment. Presently I am waiting for you to call me (it's been over ** minutes since I submitted my request and the * digit number you sent me in a text msg. It is past * AM, I am exhausted, but MUST make sure the duplicate $***.** charge is fixed in my account. I have that money obligated for other bills!**Please assist ASAP! My reservation is fine and correct, however, I was charged twice for itl I need that money!
