Help with my Frontier Airlines issue

The issue in GetHuman-gicaeliz's own words
This Passenger Elizabeth M. Gica, of Frontier Flight no. **** on June **, ****. Our supposedly flight was at **:** am from IAD (Washington DC) to Las Vegas, NV (LAS). We were at the airport at *:**am, only to find out that the *said flight was cancelled without notifying us. The lady at the Frontier desk said the flight was cancelled due to *mechanical problem. We were not assisted to book to next flight bec it was full. So, we didn't have any choice*but to buy another tickets at American Airlines, i borrowed money from my Friend. It cost us $***.**.*Now, the lady said we will have a refund, just send the letter and the cost of the tickets. So we did, but up to now we have not*received any feedback yet. We were informed that it will be credited to my credit card which i used to purchased*the online tickets last April *, ****. **Sir, when can i get my refund? I have not received any feedback from Frontier Airline. Attached are the Letter, receipts*of the tickets which i bought in replacement for the cancelled flight ****.
I want to get my refund please.
