I requested port out ** days ago my number from freedompop to sprint. Sprint called me and told me that my number has a hold from freedompop. I tried to call them and i find out that i have to pay $*.** per month to even call or email support so i paid it seven days ago. I called them atleast twenty times but i cannot get anybody on the phone. I tried to submit a ticket but it says i have to upgrade to premium service which i already did seven days ago. I emailed them to change my account subscription so i can submit support ticket four days ago and still did not hear anything. Ridiculous !!!! Only thing i want is my number port out. I even paid for premium service to port out my number and still nothing is happening. I am really really unhappy with the customer service. DO NOT use freedom pop service. Use some other low price carriers but stay away from Freedom pop.
