I made a purchase from this company more than a week ago. The website mentioned I would receive a confirmation email in 4-6 days which I have not gotten. Despite sending two emails, there has been no response. The customer service promises a reply within 24-48 hours but it has been longer than that for both of my emails. I am disappointed with the lack of communication. I want to cancel my order # [redacted]5. This has been a frustrating experience dealing with this company.

Dear Customer Service, I recently returned some merchandise well within the allotted time frame, only to find out that one item was considered damaged and the others were deemed late for a refund. I shipped the items back promptly, and the delay in processing seems to have caused some issues. I insist on a full refund to my credit card, as opposed to store credit, as per the original form of payment. The tracking information should confirm the date I sent the items back. Additionally, I was charged a restocking fee for each item when I returned them together in the original packaging with your provided shipping label. I would like a refund of these restocking fees as well. I have not yet received my order that was placed on December 6th. The order number is #[redacted]58. I have been charged for three items totaling $37.35, including a shipping fee of $6.99 for 4-day shipping. I have already made the payment. I am eager to receive my order as it has been paid for. All necessary information such as my email, credit card number, and phone number was provided when I placed the order. Kindly locate my order and proceed with shipping it to me accordingly. If I do not receive a response soon, I may need to escalate this matter by reaching out to customer service through my credit card company. I look forward to your prompt assistance. Thank you.
