What is the return policy?

At Fredericks.com, we have a hassle-free return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. All items must be unworn, undamaged, and with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear must still have the protective liner intact. Returns can be made by mail or in-store for convenience. To initiate a return, simply fill out the online return form and follow the provided instructions. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding shipping fees.
