I placed an order on **** with express shipping. Not only did I not receive the dress in the *-* days today **** I received an email saying my order had been canceled. I called support * and was told they had experienced other issues with people today who had made payment thru PayPal which is what I had done. Why was I not notified sooner? So then I placed another order for another dress (not the dress I wanted) because the dress I had initially order was NO LONGER AVAILABLE. Not only did I not get the dress I wanted I had to pay an additional **.** shipping to get it here in time because I was not told about your glitch with PayPal. I also wasnt able to use my **% off for first time order because I used it in my first order. Im sure you can see this has been very inconvenient. Lastly I tried to you your live chat feature to bring this issue up and was abruptly cut off. I am asking for a refund of the additional amount Im now paying for shipping as well as the **% discount. Thank you
