I’ve had several issues ordering from footlocker since December . My order was first lost , then I went to the store and reordered it . Then again was not satisfied because I was allowed to reorder & my product was no longer available . Which led me Back to the store yet AGAIN for a refund . I went to my neighborhood footlocker who told me they didn’t even have enough money in their drawer to give me my money back so I had to drive ** minutes to another footlocker just to receive my money . I sat on the customer service line for a total of ** hours just to get answers . The only thing they could offer me for my troubles was a gift card which I still have yet to receive . Lol I just would like to know if that was a false promise or what my gift card “ lost “ as well ? I’ve been a lifetime BIG SPENDER with the footlocker brand and with these last few transactions , I am no longer a happy customer so I will be looking to shop elsewhere for my footwear purchases . However , I definitely do want what I was promised for my inconvenience !
