We had an appliance issue which ran our FPL bill to aprox $***.***I have paid the balance before the new charges, and I have set up payment for the new charges on January **, ****, but the payment I made and the one I have set up to pay does not add up to the$***.** that FPL says I owe. So I need to speak to a human to see what is going with the additional balance. The computer cant answer that question. Please get me a human being.
