I purchased an induction cooker that turned out to be defective. I requested a replacement before July 31st because I am moving to a new place on August 1st in Rambagh. However, on July 31st, the delivery person called and said he would deliver it the next day because he was running late. I explained that I would be moving to Rambagh the next day, and he agreed to deliver it there. Today, I received a call asking for the delivery location. When I said Rambagh, they mentioned a different address, Arjuna Bhawan Road, and asked me to request an address change. I'm frustrated and reluctant to make any more changes. I placed an order for a small mango plant on 04.07.[redacted] (Order ID - OD[redacted][redacted]0) and received it on 14.07.[redacted], but unfortunately, the plant arrived damaged. Today, on 29.07.[redacted], I received a phone call from your end asking if the mango seeds I received were defective. This surprised me because I had ordered a mango plant, not just seeds, and I explained this to your representative. Despite that, they insisted that I must have received seeds, not a plant. They put me on hold to check, but then abruptly hung up without providing any information, which was completely unprofessional. If this is the kind of treatment your company offers to customers, I will refrain from making any future purchases from your company. I purchased a Tonzo LS-[redacted] projector from Flipkart and received it on July 22. However, the product was open, missing the user manual, the remote was not functioning, and the audio quality was poor. I initiated a replacement request on July 24, but it was canceled on July 30 due to being out of stock. Despite contacting customer service, the issue was not resolved by the initial deadline of August 2. They extended the resolution date to August 6, and now it has been further delayed to August 11. I request a refund to my Flipkart gift card promptly so that I can repurchase the item. Please address this matter urgently.

Hello, I'm Jeevant. I placed an order for the BPL Oxy02 Pulse Oximeter on 29/7/[redacted] with order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0 which was delivered on 1st August [redacted]. However, the product I received was an Intex brand oximeter instead of BPL. After contacting customer service to request a replacement, I received mixed messages about the status of the replacement requests. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received a satisfactory response from Flipkart. I even shared photos of the wrong product received, but the matter remains unresolved. Order ID OD[redacted]21: I received 2 Crompton water geysers (15 liters each) on April 26. Due to the pandemic, I was unable to hire an electrician until I opened the package on August 12. One of the boxes contained a fully damaged Hindware geyser that appeared to be removed from a scrap bin. Instead of the Crompton geysers, a damaged Hindware geyser was delivered. As a regular customer with trust in Flipkart, I reached out to customer care. However, they focused more on feedback and claimed the problem was resolved. I purchased a 27-inch Acer Full HDBacklit IPS Panel monitor from Flipkart with order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0 and paid Rs. [redacted] through Axis Bank credit card on August 9, [redacted]. The order was supposed to be packed on August 12, [redacted], with delivery scheduled for August 16, [redacted]. However, when I checked on August 13, the order was still not packed. I have been in touch with Flipkart customer care since then, seeking a resolution, but no satisfactory solution has been provided yet. The delivery date has now been pushed to August 19, [redacted], but the product has not been packed by the seller. I do not wish to cancel the order as I bought it at an offer price. Previously, I had a similar experience with a DP to HDMI adapter I bought from Flipkart. After exhausting discussions with customer care, it was revealed that technical issues prevented the product from being delivered. I hope this situation is resolved without further delays.

I placed an order for the Boat Airdopes [redacted] Bluetooth Headset in Blue on August 5th, [redacted], with an initial delivery date of August 9th, [redacted]. However, the delivery got rescheduled to August 14th, which has also passed, and I am yet to receive my order. I attempted to contact Flipkart for assistance, but they kept me on hold before disconnecting the call without resolving the issue. It is frustrating to see Flipkart treating customers this way, with their customer service representatives not taking the matter seriously. I am considering escalating this to the consumer court, although I hope to find a resolution without resorting to legal action. Despite the product not being expensive, Flipkart's dismissive behavior towards their customers is unacceptable.

Sir, my account has been blocked from this number, and the customer care representatives have not been helpful. My product was missing, and I have been troubled for 7 days now. Each time my request is rejected, but out of 7 or 8 calls, one kind person listens to me and escalates the issue. Now, my account has been blocked, and I have lost all trust. I feel broken and helpless. They always mention technical issues, and now my account is blocked for the same reason. I am scared to even think about ordering online again. My time has been wasted on calls, and my anxiety levels are skyrocketing. I don't know what to do. This is a matter of trust. It's not my fault that I placed an order I won't receive. Please pay attention to this. My own account is blocked even when I try to return items. This situation has pushed me to a depressive state. It's too much.

I have faced a few product-related issues with Flipkart, but one problem is particularly troubling me. I used the Flipkart Pay Later option to pay [redacted] Rs, but when the payment was due, my two accounts were blacklisted and blocked. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this with Flipkart, they have not taken any corrective action and continue to send emails and messages regarding the blocked accounts. Now, I have been penalized and asked to pay [redacted] Rs instead of the original [redacted] Rs. I never intended not to pay Flipkart, and I have forgotten about previous issues with damaged or defective products since 29th July. On August 12, [redacted], I purchased an LG microwave oven from Flipkart, which was delivered on August 15, [redacted]. The delivery person marked it as an open box delivery but did not include the starter kit, despite the product description stating it should be there. I purchased the realme 8 phone on July 11th and received it on July 12th with Order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0. However, the phone was defective as the speaker was not working correctly. I requested a replacement, and a new realme 8 phone was delivered on July 23rd. Unfortunately, the replaced phone is also faulty, frequently hanging, automatically playing music, stopping touch response, and malfunctioning in various ways. Despite multiple technician visits, the issue persists. Initially offered a refund by Flipkart due to the seller's unavailability for replacement, my return request was ultimately rejected after a technician reported positively to Flipkart, even though the problem persists. Despite further technician visits and assurances from senior executives, the return was repeatedly canceled by Flipkart, leading to frustration and disappointment. I've faced difficulties in attempting to communicate with Flipkart customer care, with several failed call back requests. The video and images I've attached demonstrate the ongoing issues with the phone and the canceled return requests.

I purchased an HP Laptop on July 16, [redacted]. Two payments were deducted from my account, and I received a damaged product. I returned the item on July 22. I have only received a refund for one payment, despite both transaction details showing success. I have been following up for the last 20 days without a resolution. I am experiencing issues with the services provided by Flipkart concerning a Lenovo laptop I purchased from them. Despite having an extended warranty, the product has been problematic from the start and I have been trying to have it replaced with no success. The customer service has been unhelpful, using excuses related to the lockdown situation and frequently disconnecting calls when I try to reach them. They made a commitment for a technician visit on the 14th of August, but as of the 20th, no service has been provided. I purchased the iKall K210 from Flipkart on July 16, [redacted]. However, after installing two new memory cards, they worked fine on my computer but were reported as corrupt or not suitable for my mobile when inserted. This issue prevents me from installing apps like mobile banking or a mobile tracker. Despite seeking help from customer care, they have not effectively addressed my concerns and instead deflect the issue. I have encountered problems with multiple iKall mobiles, including SIM card detection failures, faulty power buttons, inability to save contacts, and issues with installing applications like WhatsApp. It seems like the software produced by iKall is consistently defective. Devices should work flawlessly after purchase without needing repairs.

[redacted] through Gpay, and the amount was deducted from my account, but the order didn't go through on the website. Flipkart customer service informed me that they haven't received the money and suggested I contact my bank. According to my bank, the transaction of Rs [redacted] to Flipkart account number XXXXXXXXXX4076 was successful on August 21, [redacted], at 19:08:02 with RRN [redacted]33. The bank advised me to share this reference number with Flipkart to resolve the issue. Please assist me in getting my money refunded.

Dear Philipcard Officer Team, Namaskar ji! Subject: Voluntarily rejecting refund I received the product on the 14th, and upon opening the package at home, I found a poor color match. I requested an online replacement on the 15th of August, which was rejected on the 18th without any explanation. After returning the item on the 25th of August, another rejection was received on the 27th, along with the closure of the ID filecard without any further action. Due to these issues, I will be filing a complaint in the District Consumer Court regarding the negligence of Philipcard, with attached evidence of the substandard product and bill. I am requesting compensation for any mental distress caused. Despite applying for a refund on the 18th (told would be processed by the 30th), it was rejected on the 31st due to Philipcard's negligence. I plan to deposit cash with the District Consumer Court, as no action has been taken yet. I seek refuge in the court for resolution, with all financial responsibility resting on Philipcard. Hello, Today, I contacted several senior Flipkart representatives, but they did not provide a satisfactory response and kept disconnecting the calls. Five days ago, I ordered a size 10 Crocs slipper, but I received a size 10C instead. Upon contacting customer care, they promised a replacement for the correct size due to a seller error. However, even after the replacement, I received the same incorrect size. Now, the support center is advising me to request a refund. This issue has caused me a week of inconvenience. I am looking for two specific resolutions: 1. I require the correct size 10 product to be delivered. 2. I would like to cancel my KYC subscription related to this order (I subscribed solely for this purchase).
