Dear Sir, I recently made a purchase on Flipkart for a Treo [redacted] ml Jars set priced at Rs. [redacted]. When I received the product on 17/6/[redacted], I discovered that one of the jars was broken and they were [redacted] ml instead of the advertised [redacted] ml size. I promptly raised a complaint, which was accepted, and the return was scheduled for pickup on 20/6/[redacted] between 12 to 1 pm by Sh. Vinod Kumar. After the pickup, I received a message confirming the return, but later the same day, I was informed that the return and refund were denied, causing me distress. I have been in constant communication with Flipkart representatives seeking a refund, but despite assurances, there has been no resolution. The lack of response and contradictory messages have left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the refund process. The delay in refunding my money after the return pick-up is unacceptable and raises concerns about unfair practices. I urge Flipkart to address this issue promptly and refund my money. I have encountered multiple issues with a recent purchase from Flipkart involving a Lenovo Ideapad S145 laptop. Despite requesting a refund on June 11 due to receiving a broken product with a mismatched serial number, my refund requests have been rejected multiple times without explanation. The Wishmaster initially rescheduled delivery, citing an OTP mismatch, and later refused to pick up the laptop, claiming the serial number did not match. Despite contacting customer service numerous times since June 11, no satisfactory resolution has been provided. A pickup was supposedly arranged for June 23, but the Wishmaster denied knowledge of it when contacted. Additionally, a return request was canceled on June 22, alleging missing parcel components. I seek a prompt resolution to this ongoing issue.

I recently received my order which included a Nike running shoe and two Nike track suits in size large and XXL. Unfortunately, instead of receiving the correct XXL track suit, I got an XXL lower piece in the wrong quality. The shoe was correct, but the quality of the large track suit was lower than expected. I tried four times to have the incorrect item picked up, as promised by customer service, but each time the pickup was rejected. The items were purchased from M/S Himanshu Trading with GST number through a supplier and delivered to my address in Jammu. I am P.C. Jha, a DIGP CRPF officer, and I provided my official mobile number for receiving the parcel. Despite providing necessary documents like the PAN card and GST registration, the return process has been unsuccessful multiple times. If the issue is not resolved within 24 hours, I will have to consider legal action.

I ordered the Gionee Max Pro on Saturday and received it on Monday at 10:30 a.m. After using the phone, I raised a return complaint the same day at around 4 p.m. I didn't receive any confirmation email or message. The next day, I tried several times in the morning to have the team call me and resolve my issue, but they didn't. In the afternoon, after multiple attempts, they finally reached out via chat after 30 minutes. We talked for an hour, but my problems weren't resolved. I raised another complaint, and after another hour, the issue still wasn't fixed. When I requested a refund, they refused, and when I asked for a replacement, they said a technician was unavailable and would follow up in a few days. My new phone isn't working, and as a regular customer, I'm disappointed in the lack of response and service from your end.

Hello, I wanted to share that the popular mobile game Player Unknowns Battleground, also known as PUBG Mobile, was banned in September [redacted] and has now returned to India with more precautions and new features under the name BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India). Previously, there was an option to exchange super coins for in-game currency (UC) in the super coin redeem section, which was removed when PUBG was banned. With its return, I am eager for the super coin and game currency exchange option to be reinstated in the super coin redeem section. I kindly request to include a [redacted] UC option in exchange for [redacted] super coins. I purchased a Realme Narzo 20 smartphone from your e-commerce site, delivered on June 18, [redacted]. I requested a replacement due to technical issues which was approved after a technician visit. Issue 1: The delivery person denied the replacement because I didn't have a "Warranty Card Booklet," even though I showed him the invoice acting as a warranty card. Issue 2: Despite being assured the problem would be fixed by July 1st, there was no follow-up from your end. Issue 3: A new technician visit was needed due to supply chain disruption caused by the previous rejection. Issue 4: The second technician approved the replacement, but I expressed concerns to Customer Service about a possible repeat of the issue with the delivery executive. Issue 5: On July 2nd, the delivery executive didn't attempt the replacement, claiming he was instructed by Customer Service not to proceed due to the missing Warranty Booklet. Details: 1. The product specification mentions a "Quick Guide with Warranty Card Booklet," yet I received a Safety Guide. The delivery executive insisting on the booklet when the Safety Guide was provided. 2. Hub Manager of Hub No. [redacted] requested a mail from Flipkart stating the invoice suffices as a warranty card, despite providing chat evidence. 3. The delivery executive admitted the company no longer provides the booklet and has rejected other customers similarly. 4. The hardcopy of the invoice should stand as a warranty card without issue. This matter is crucial for Consumer Rights. Prompt resolution is imperative as the company risks consumer rights violation and harassment claims. Your swift attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased 10 pairs of Seebuy Reusable Rubber Hand Gloves for Rs. [redacted]. My order ID is OD[redacted][redacted]0. When the delivery arrived on June 26, [redacted], I paid Rs. [redacted] to the delivery person. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I found only one pair instead of the stated 10 pairs. Despite contacting Flipkart customer service, the replacement on July 4, [redacted], also contained just one pair. I declined the delivery and reached out to Flipkart again, but I have not received a response yet. I recently ordered three mobile phones on Flipkart. Unfortunately, one of the orders got canceled by the company due to delivery issues. They promptly refunded the amount. Subsequently, I placed a new order for a different mobile phone, which was confirmed and shipped to my nearest hub. However, after waiting for 10 days, they refused to deliver it, citing a policy I was unaware of about not ordering two products from the same category. I requested evidence of this policy via email, but they did not provide any. I have been assured multiple times that the product would be delivered within 24 to 48 hours, but it has not arrived even after 20 days. This situation has caused inconvenience as I require these mobiles for my children's online classes, and the fees are being deducted from my bank account even though the products have not been delivered. I am conflicted about whether to continue waiting or cancel the orders. Can anyone provide immediate assistance with this issue?

I placed an order on Flipkart for a Samsung F62 on July 9th in exchange for my Redmi Note 7 Pro to be delivered on July 11, [redacted]. The delivery person refused to exchange the product due to minor body issues, even though the screen was clear without a single scratch. Flipkart mentioned they would reduce the amount from [redacted] to [redacted], which I agreed to. However, the Ekart manager in Athani ([redacted]), Mr. Giridhar, rudely denied the delivery boy from taking the product. This is the second time I have faced this issue, as it also occurred on July 5th. A previous complaint went unanswered by Flipkart. I believe officials should investigate the poor behavior and lack of responsibility shown by such franchise managers towards customers.

I am writing to seek assistance in unblocking my Flipkart account as I recently purchased jeans joggers but unfortunately received a used product that differs in color, has stains, and lacks a price tag except for the company logo. I recently bought a realme 8 mobile from Flipkart on July 3rd. While setting up the phone, I encountered issues with the unresponsive touch screen. I am still facing an unresolved issue. I was instructed to send the box I received, a consent letter, and my ID proof via email, but I have not received any email at [redacted] Although I submitted the consent letter through the Flipkart app, I couldn't upload the box pictures because of an error message. My ID proof was submitted last week. Despite requesting a call back since last night, I keep receiving messages that my number is unreachable. The customer service experience has been disappointing, especially when promised call backs are not fulfilled, and calls are placed on hold for an excessive amount of time. I am now considering filing a complaint with the Consumer Court due to this situation.
