In January [redacted], I purchased a Motorola LED from Flipkart with the order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0. Initially, it was working fine, but in April, it suddenly stopped working. I contacted customer service and experienced challenges explaining the issue as I am not a technician. After multiple calls, a technician came and identified a faulty part, mentioning a replacement would arrive soon. However, the wait continued, and Jeeves, Flipkart's Support Partner, suggested canceling and re-registering the complaint to avoid a charge for the part. I declined due to the additional delay. After several more calls, a representative assured me of a refund. Despite this assurance, it has now been two weeks, and the return process is still pending, displaying a further two-week timeline for pick-up. The prolonged delay and inconvenience have left me frustrated, considering legal action against them.

On April 21, [redacted], I purchased a Samsung Galaxy On Nxt Gold 64GB. Unfortunately, the mobile phone arrived damaged with old stickers on the front and back. Dear Sir, I recently purchased realme Buds wireless Bluetooth earphones from Flipkart. Unfortunately, upon opening the box at home, it was empty, which left me quite shocked. I contacted Flipkart customer service, and they assured me that a return request was raised, and my money would be refunded within 3 days. I placed an order on Flipkart for a Samsung AC on the 10th of April. Following installation, I discovered it had a water leakage issue. Despite requesting a replacement, there has been no resolution. After nearly two months, the date to fix the problem keeps getting pushed back. I am tired of countless calls and emails with no solution in sight. Flipkart claimed they couldn't reach me, yet I have spoken to them over a hundred times. This ongoing ordeal feels like a scam. They first delivered a defective AC and now refuse to address it properly. I am frustrated and just want a refund. The constant water leakage in the room whenever the AC is used is unbearable. My family is disappointed, and Flipkart's lack of response is unacceptable.

I recently bought a realme C20 Mobile phone (Cool Grey, 32 GB) on the Flipkart app, placing the order on 21st May [redacted] and receiving it on 30th May [redacted].
After looking for a mobile phone with good performance and no hanging issues, I selected the realme C20 on Flipkart. Unfortunately, after 5 days of use, the phone's performance did not meet my expectations, frequently getting stuck and experiencing hang-ups for minutes. I was disappointed with this experience.
I requested a return through the app and discussed the matter with an engineer on 6th June. However, the engineer abruptly ended the call without providing a resolution. Following this, I reached out to Flipkart customer care on 7th June, and despite my dissatisfaction with the phone's performance, they refused to accept the return, citing policy restrictions.
I am dissatisfied with the mobile's performance and audio quality, and I kindly request the return of this product promptly. Please see the attached invoice for reference.

I purchased a realme 8 for Rs. 16,[redacted] on May 28th from Grahgoods Retails. The phone was delivered on June 2nd, but I have been experiencing numerous issues with it from day one. I have contacted the help center, followed their troubleshooting steps, and had a technician visit, but the problems with the phone have not been resolved. The technician refused to replace or accept a return. The issues I am facing include poor battery backup, overheating, software problems, lagging, and overall poor performance. Despite registering multiple complaints, the Flipkart team has not acknowledged them. I have even filed a complaint with the consumer court. I urgently need this matter resolved. Not only is the seller fraudulent, but the help center staff are also untrustworthy and seem to be taking advantage of customers.

My order was automatically canceled. I placed the order on the 26th of May, but the product was not delivered to my address. I was given new delivery dates 3 or 4 times and felt like I was being misled. Today, the order was automatically canceled. Even though I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart for a long time and never had any issues before, this time I have been extremely distressed. I have called customer care 40 to 50 times, but they just repeat the same thing and keep frustrating me. Please deliver my order so that I don't have to look for it on another platform. I have never faced such problems on Amazon, and the way I am being treated on Flipkart is making me feel crazy. I have requested a call back 3 to 4 times, but none of them have fully listened to me. Hello, Flipkart. I ordered a product from Flipkart on the 26th of May with a delivery date of the 1st of June. The product was attempted to be delivered on the 30th of May to an address I provided, but the delivery was not completed, and I was asked to pick it up from a distant location. Unfortunately, due to the distance, I couldn't make it. It was again attempted to be delivered on the 1st of June to the same location as on the 30th of May. I lodged a complaint with Flipkart, and they assured me that on the 3rd of June, the delivery would be successful. However, even on the 3rd of June, my order did not arrive. I was given subsequent dates of the 8th of June, then the 9th of June, and today, the order was automatically canceled in the morning. I have faced several inconveniences and requests to customer service have not led to a resolution. I urge you to kindly ensure the delivery of my order.

I ordered a Masvera 2-wheeler cover for Hero Multicolor HF Deluxe on May 17th, [redacted], and received it on the 24th. However, the item I received is not the one I ordered. I initiated a return, but faced difficulties during the pickup process. After multiple attempts, the issue remains unresolved. I reached out on June 1st, and was told it would be resolved by the 4th. Unfortunately, on the 4th, I found out the replacement was canceled. Despite reassurance for a pickup by the 15th, a Wishman came on the 12th with the same mismatch issue. I am having trouble getting updates from the support team. They keep closing the case without providing any information. It seems like our local HUB might be influencing the seller support team, leading to biased support. Even though my language might be harsh right now, we have concrete evidence of cheating, which is why I am frustrated. The issue lies in them not providing the Proof of Delivery because they haven't actually delivered our items. Despite this, their system falsely shows the items as delivered. There seems to be a dishonest individual in the HUB causing these problems. It's disheartening to see the lack of action from the seller support team towards these cheaters. If this continues, it may jeopardize Flipkart's reputation. The lack of proper resolution and the unprofessional behavior of the account manager are distressing. We urge to be removed from Flipkart due to this unacceptable treatment. The support team's actions feel like harassment and are causing great distress to everyone, especially business owners. Such behavior is unprecedented and contrary to Amazon's customer service standards, which is why Amazon remains a top choice. This deceptive conduct online is disappointing, particularly on an Indian platform like Flipkart.
