Dear Flipkart,**I have always preferred you over amazon and other online marketplaces. I regret it now. Your service is pathetic and i regret using it. **I ordered a Voltas AC from you.*INVOICE NUMBER * FABOKH***********INVOICE DATE : ********** *PRODUCT DELIVERED ON ************After receiving the product on *th i had to wait another ** days for the installation person. To add the cherry on the cake this idiot installed it wrongly, the pipe broke and the gas got leaked. Your installation guy left, we raised a complaint with Voltas. *After many days of toil Voltas sent a technician and he told us that it was wrongly installed and the complaint must be registered with Flipkart.**I registered a complaint with Flipkart on ***********COMPLAINT NUMBER : IN*********************I was given an assurance that my problem will be resolved by **********. **On ********** a technician visited us, checked the problem and said that he will return on ********** and do the needful. He did not come.**I have been calling the seller "SIGNAL ELECTRONIC-KOLLAM", daily and they keep lying. Sometimes they say today our technician will come stay at home don't go anywhere, sometimes they say the technician is on his way he will reach there shortly. I am writing this mail on **********, and still no one visited nor is my AC working.**So after almost * months of ordering, i am yet to use the product you delivered because of the pathetic sellers registered with you. Also i have lost a lot of my time waiting at home instead of going to work. I hope you know AC's are mostly used in summers and not during monsoon (I think your technician is waiting for the summers to pass by so that he doesn't have to go out in the sun and work).**I have no more hopes from you worthless company, but still if you have little shame left take action against the seller because they have wasted my time, energy and mental peace.**Also take away the AC and refund my money, i will order it from Amazon or any other better online marketplace. **I have provided you with all the dates and details, you can cross check any of it.**And please DO NOT reply with "Your query will be resolved in XX days", because you people are not committed enough to think about the customer and the problems they face.**Ta Ta Flipkart, It wasn't fun doing business with you.
