Help with my Fiverr issue

I am trying to place a new order. I have previously ordered. I logged in and started the process. * times it has let me get as far as the pay window and click on place my order. It is not letting me proceed to put in order details. It tells me I will receive an email when my order is ready. All * attempts have only generated an email telling me to complete my order. Its not letting me complete the process.
GetHuman-goldminr did not yet indicate what Fiverr should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-goldminr fixed the problem
I fixed the ordering glitch by a reverse order process. I contacted the person I had oredered from previously and they sent me a custom order request. I was finally able to get a completion of placing my order as the system let me get to the next stage. Thanks Khaledmig!
