Hello,**I have a Fitbit charge * and my band broke a while back and I contacted your company in regards to getting a new band. I was under warranty and was sent a new band. Roughly six months after I received my new band it broke again (the same place as the last time) and have not since then replaced my band. I am frustrated and discouraged by Fitbit and it’s products quality. I very much enjoy(ed) my Fitbit and was disheartened that when I went for my first run of the season yesterday I was unable to track my progress and run as I could not wear my Fitbit (due to the broken band). I would very much like to get a new band is there any possibility of getting a replacement for my replacement band so I can wear my Fitbit again? **Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you, **Vanessa Clarkson
