Dear sir*madam,**I was using my fitbit to track my half marathon training. During the actually day of the half marathon my fitbit wasn't tracking my pace correctly or my kilometers. When I finished it said I had done only **km but I ran a full **km race. My pace was also at *'**km and hour where as I was actually running at *'**km. This meant that my entire training I had no idea of my pace or how far I was actually running in order to prepare for the race.** I was really thrown off during the day as I didn't know which to believe the fitbit, or the signs that where placed at every kilometre to tell me how far I actually was. When I saw a sign for *km my fitbit said I had only done *km and a bit. I was extremely disappointed. My entire training was tracked incorrectly and the race was not enjoyable as I had no idea how far along I was, so I couldn't pace myself.**I would really like it repaired or a replacement or a refund. **Kind regards, **Kirsten Higgins
