Get tracker repaired or replaced. ... I have s surge. The bracelet is breaking. I called fit bit and chatted with them via chat room. Both representatives told me the same thing ....that the surge is no longer available. It cannot be fixed or replaced. The best they could offer was a discount on a new device. **This is not acceptable. If these trackers were made and sold for a pretty price tag fit bit should be able to repair or replace with another tracker! **If a company stands behind their product they should have better customer service ! **Not impressed with the solutions offered to me at all! Very dissatisfied!
The surge came with a hefty price tag. If you no longer make this model fit bit should still support customers with all devices!
Repair or replace device with equal value.
I have been a customer for at least * years ! I expect better customer service!
