I purchased a Versa on the **.*.****. I emailed customer services * days ago as the Rose colour is coming off. I was told this was not covered under the warranty as it is cosmetic. I looked at the terms n conditions and it does not state this is cosmetic. This is the special edition one. As a purchaser of many Fitbits for my family I am disappointed in the customer service as I did not expect to be told there is nothing that can be done. I have asked for contact details for a supervisor but despite emails going back and forth over the last few days this has not been provided as of yet. I have sought legal advice who totally agree this is not cosmetic and nor is it ageing due to the short time I have had it.
GetHuman-fatcatuk did not yet indicate what Fitbit should do to make this right.
