I have had three fit bits and the scream has cracked. The last one shipped hadn’t ever been worn. I spoke with your team members and sent pictures. I was going to mail them back to you. I went to phone your customer service line just rang busy and I can’t get through to anyone. I thought you might have gone out of business. This issue has been going in for so long and I haven’t been Ave to wear it. I would like a replacement one sent ASAP. because this has been going on for to long. I would have to say I was not happy with my last conversation with the people there. They made me take all these pictures of my Fitbits to prove they were all cracked. I feel I have spent way to much time speaking with your reps and getting know where. If you could please have someone send me a postal slip so I can send them back to you. I don’t have a printer.
