Please reactivate my replacement card since I have finally received it after all this time. You enrollment site was down. I called * different people throughout this time waiting and finally gave up. What do you need to reactivate this replacement card that has been floating lost in the mail for literally months. ... Dear First Premier Bank - Months ago there was a fraud alert and I had to get a new card. I tried * times to get the new card and it never came. I called multiple times. Finally I had to move and have a different address. After all this time....over * months now , the card showed up at my new address with marks and dates everywhere. It had been floating around in the mail all this time. I think the Christmas madness finally flushed the card out. Well I tried to enroll with it but of course it doesnt work. Can you reactivate it or send me one that does work?

Reactivate the replacement card or send a new one to my new address. Phone calls aren't getting the job done.
