On August * I responded to a letter sent by your company offering to transfer an existing account to transfer a new account thus improving my credit. I was told I would receive a letter which would request more info before I could be approved. I never received the letter but you sure deducted a payment from my account. Confirmation number was *********c*wa. My name is Michael W Campbell. RR * Box ** Millersville Mo last * digits of SS* **** DOB **********.
