Help with my FiltersFast.com issue
GetHuman-jubileeb's next move: talk to FiltersFast.com again when they open.
FiltersFast.com's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-jubileeb a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-jubileeb's own words
Exchange filters. That don’t have the cardboard around them but never used . Unable to get the prepaid label . I was blocked from getting on that page for some reason! ... I have received two filters that don’t fit into a whirlpool water filter spot. I need . eDR*RXD*......will you accept the too big filters back? I cancelled my automatic deliveries but would start again if you send me two to replace the bigger ones. Thankyou, julie Blumentrittmy address is **** east Orchid ln.
