On 4/28/18, my order (CP-[redacted]) of 3 refrigerator water filters arrived. However, I was disappointed when I found no enclosed invoice to verify the 10% discount was applied. What's more, all three filters were in damaged, opened boxes with one of the filters having a broken post. This is the first time I've been so unsatisfied with my purchases from this website. When I tried to initiate a return for the broken item, there was no clear option for damaged items, raising concerns about the condition of the other filters. I recently visited your website and carefully followed all the instructions to order a Whirlpool water filter for my refrigerator. Unfortunately, upon receiving the filter, I realized it was incorrect and not at all like the one I needed. I have been attempting to contact your customer service team at Filters Fast, but have been unsuccessful so far. This experience has left me incredibly dissatisfied, and I will not be doing business with your company in the future. I intend to file a complaint with the BBB, consumer protection agencies, and share my negative experience on various internet platforms. Waiting on hold for over 20 minutes to speak with a representative has been frustrating, as I run two businesses myself and have never encountered such poor customer service.

I ordered a case of 6 Merv 13 air filters (18x24x1) with Order # CP-[redacted] from filtersfast.com. However, the size was not a true 18 inches compared to the 3M product we usually buy, causing it not to fit properly into our opening. Additionally, there was an unexplained brown stain about the size of a half dollar on one filter, hidden under the paper information within the plastic wrapping. I would like to return this product due to these issues.
Regarding a fridge filter in the same order, we noticed that the arrow label on the bottom indicating the insertion direction was upside down. Even though we will keep this item, I wanted to bring this matter to your attention for quality control purposes.

In January [redacted], I contacted customer service to cancel my upcoming auto delivery and subscription as I no longer have the refrigerator requiring the filters. I was assured by a representative that the necessary actions were taken. However, I was surprised to receive an email regarding a delivery of 2 filters that I did not order since I had already canceled the Auto Delivery. I have been on hold for an extended period, and the automated system suggested I could receive a callback by pressing the star key, which is inconvenient due to restrictions on phone usage in my current location. While attempting to address this issue, a service survey popped up without providing the opportunity to speak to anyone. I want to clarify that I do not wish to receive any more filter shipments and express my disappointment with the service received.

I am very upset that my order, Order #[redacted], has not arrived. The order was placed on August 4th with an additional payment for early delivery, which did not happen. If the order does not arrive by August 11, [redacted], I plan to contact my credit card customer service to cancel payment and request a refund. This experience has led me to reconsider using or recommending your services in the future. Furthermore, the process of trying to speak to a representative at 1-[redacted] has been frustrating. I received my order for Whirlpool filters, but unfortunately, one filter was damaged with a broken connection nipple. I contacted customer service and was sent a package of two replacement filters without any additional information. After installing one of the new filters, I discovered that it was leaking water into the refrigerator. The serial numbers for the refrigerator are HR[redacted]2, WSF26C3EXF01, and W[redacted]6A. I would like a refund of $89.85 on my Visa for the original order as I plan to shop elsewhere. Please provide instructions for disposing of the filters. Thank you, Tom McGoldrick. On July 30, [redacted], I purchased 3 Whirlpool EDR1RXD1 refrigerator filters online under order # CP-[redacted]. Upon receiving the order, I discovered that I was sent "comparable" filters that did not fit. I returned the filters using the provided label, which were received at your office in N.C. on 8/13/[redacted] according to USPS tracking. However, I have not received any communication from Filters Fast regarding the return, yet I have been billed by my credit card company for the incorrect filters. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an update on when I can expect to see the refund credited back to my credit card account. Thank you for your assistance.

I placed an order for cartridges on Saturday, September 8th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my pool filter pump unexpectedly stopped working the next day. I had to purchase a new filter assembly instead of just getting a new motor.
The new system requires different cartridges, so I contacted your company on Sunday, September 9th, [redacted], to cancel my order. Despite this, I received an email on Monday, September 10th, [redacted], stating that the cartridges had already been shipped.
I will need to return the cartridges for a full refund as they are no longer suitable for my new filter system. If you have the correct cartridges available, I may order them later once I figure out the new size.
Please address this matter promptly. Should I refuse delivery when the package arrives?

I received the wrong filters for my Kenmore Coldspot Model #[redacted]0. In March [redacted], I ordered the correct EDR3RXD1 Fridge Filter Replacement by AquaFresh under order #CP-[redacted], and it worked well. Recently, I received a replacement filter for a Whirlpool Number WF710, which is incompatible with my Kenmore due to a different bottom design. I am unable to reach customer service by phone and would like to return the incorrect filters from order CP-[redacted] placed on 9/13/[redacted]. I received the wrong filters. How can I return them for a credit and receive the correct ones? My refrigerator is a Whirlpool 26 cubic feet model number WRF736SDAM (the S may be a 5). The manufacturer states I need the right filter now. I have ordered from you in the past and had accurate service. It would be more helpful to have your human support to resolve this rather than me trying to explain through messages. Please instruct me on how to return the incorrect filters for a credit and send me the correct ones. I am uncertain if anyone is available to assist me. I prefer direct communication rather than messaging into the void without assurance of a response or action taken on my request.

I ordered filters on October *, ****. An email indicated they were shipped on October * and delivered on October **, ****. I have tried contacting them via emails and texts without any response. I am requesting FiltersFast.com to either deliver the filters as soon as possible or provide a credit for the full amount. This is the first time I've encountered such an issue with their service after multiple successful orders. I am disappointed with the slow response from FiltersFast and require a prompt solution.

I purchased filters for my GE fridge in September and paid $57.85 on September 20. I contacted FilterFast to cancel the order as I needed to dispose of the fridge, but the filters were already shipped. Despite wanting to return them, I was advised to donate them to a charity and they would refund my money. However, I have yet to receive the refund. The debit charge transaction number is [redacted]. To whom it may concern,
I recently spoke with a representative from FilterFast regarding an online order. They mentioned that in order to receive free shipping, I needed to place the order online. The website stated that orders over $50 qualified for free shipping. I proceeded to apply the code and the total showed $61.99 for the 3-pack of Trion 20 x 25 x 5 filters with free shipping. However, when I proceeded to checkout, there was an option for standard shipping at $7.95 instead of free shipping as expected.
I completed the order with my credit card details and address after speaking with another FilterFast representative who assured me they would credit back the $7.95 shipping charge, but I have yet to see this reflected on my account.

I purchased a water filter for my refrigerator in early February and signed up for the 6-month plan to receive a new filter regularly. Unfortunately, I was mistakenly charged twice for one filter. Despite speaking with representatives who assured me the extra charge would be removed, I still see both charges totaling $47+ on my credit card statement. It seems I've been billed for two filters when I only received one. I kindly request that you rectify this error and remove the duplicate charge promptly.

I have received an excess amount of GE refrigerator filters. A year ago, I received 3 filters, and I used one. Six months later, 3 more were sent, and I used another one. I currently have 4 filters on my shelf as a two-year supply – 3 from last year and one from six months ago. Please cancel any future orders immediately. I just received another filter, and I don't want to receive 2 more shortly. Please cancel any shipments until I request them. Thank you.
