The issue in GetHuman-jimmarge's own words
Our real estate tax was wrong due to a county mistake. I was @ the county office the same day I got the tax bill. They told me it was due to a county error that our taxes went up over $****. When in reality my tax went down $***. The county told us to tell the bank of the error and that the county wanted a payment of what was on the wrong assessment. So we did what we were told. We also sent the bank the explanation from an article in the newspaper to show them I was NOT LYING. Since then we have been talking to more than ** different people trying to resolve this and your employees CANNOT DO THEIR JOB or your bank just doesn't give a ****. We have had a mortgage with you for more than ** years and have never been late. Then one of the people we talked to figured out that based on the correct assessment our payment should be $****.** which we paid before we left on vacation. Then after all the B.S. we got on our NUMEROUS CALLS we went to our local bank and had them fax are revised tax bill. Then the guy looked up our account and the record says we owe over $****. for our Sept. payment, but on our statement from the county says are second payment is only $***. Now we made our July payment but you have REFUSED to apply it to our loan! Why can't you get this fixed on a timely matter since we informed you of this problem in June. I feel you are blaming us and trying to make us pay more for * month due to a county MISTAKE, NOT OURS. Your effort to get this problem resolved is to only STEAL MONEY we don't have. Not only that we have had the senior exemption for the last * years and I supplied your bank with my **** form that was submitted to the county on ****** that was noterized. It has now been over * months and there is not * person that wants to work to resolve this. Not only that, on one day when we were on vacation we called your bank * times in one day, left messages & a number to call and we DID NOT GET A RETURN CALL all week. Yet when we got home the bank called us Sunday morning @*:**am while we were sleeping after a long drive home
