I’ve been making payments every month since I switched to FedLoan and before i switched. I make total monthly payments (not by paying a certain group.) *Under my loan details it shows that some*most of my loans have * qualifying payments towards them and I am in the Public Service Loan Forgivness program. **I brought up this issue to someone I spoke with when I changed to Auto payments. She said that they should all have the same number of qualifying payments towards them and an audit on my account will be conducted to correct it. I believe she said it was due to the fact that I was making early payments on some groups. *I have not heard anything since. Thank you!
