I need assistance with my tracking number [redacted]. My package encountered a delay when the shipping company had to change the barcode. Consequently, the delivery date was set for January 3rd instead of the intended December 27th, resulting in the package now heading to the incorrect address as the recipient has moved to a new location. The correct address for delivery is: Zekia/D'Angelo Hutchinson [redacted] NW 74th Ave Suite #2 Medley, FL 33[redacted] I had placed the order well in advance to ensure it would arrive before the recipient's relocation, hence I am seeking help to resolve this issue promptly.

Today, my delivery from Chewy arrived, or rather, was left in an unacceptable manner. I found two stacked boxes in the middle of my snowy yard on 1/5, despite my clean steps and clear path to the front door. The large and heavy delivery could have been placed in a more suitable location, as this exposed it to potential theft by passersby. I will acknowledge it was a sizable delivery, but the placement was truly disappointing. I have footage of this on my ring camera and the tracking numbers are [redacted]86 and [redacted]05. The total cost was $[redacted].97. I hope to see improvements in how deliveries are handled to prevent similar issues in the future.

We have experienced four deliveries from CHEWY in the last three months, all mistakenly sent to [redacted] Hays street instead of our correct address at [redacted] HOUGH street in Dubois, WY. The mix-up is due to the similar addresses in this area. Unfortunately, the residents at [redacted] Hays are away for the winter, and our packages left there are at risk of being stolen. Despite the severe winter weather, the packages are simply left outside the gate. It is crucial for FedEx drivers to accurately use GPS to avoid misdeliveries. It is frustrating that resolving this issue through live customer service support is impossible. FedEx must address this promptly and provide better customer service. This ongoing problem reflects poorly on FedEx's service reliability overall.

I reached out to FedEx via phone, but had trouble understanding the representative due to the accent. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't grasp the instructions given. I was asked to forward an email, but the language barrier made it difficult to comply. I requested the cancellation of shipment tracking ID [redacted]06 because it was not something I ordered; my Amazon account was compromised. Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel the order because it did not meet Amazon's return policy guidelines. The email I received from Amazon detailed a shipment for order #[redacted]-[redacted], listing the delivery dates and contents of the package. It also included information on returning items and recycling packaging.

I recently had to report a driver speeding down my street. Despite my efforts to stop him, the driver continued to speed past me. This behavior was unusual as our regular drivers typically acknowledge residents. I reside on Center Hill Road in Plymouth, Massachusetts. When I tried to provide my home phone number, I was informed that a code could not be sent to that number, prompting me to restart the process and use my cell phone instead. I believe it is important to identify the driver in question, who was speeding around 12:30 in the afternoon on January 6 in Plymouth, Massachusetts on Center Hill Road. I hope the company can address this issue promptly, as I have had challenges with customer service in the past.

On January 6, I was supposed to receive an overnight delivery. I tracked the package online, and the estimated delivery time changed from by 12:00 to by the end of the day. After receiving a text at 3:37 stating the package was picked up, I was later informed by a customer service representative that delivery could be as late as 8:00. Despite numerous calls the next day, each representative provided conflicting information. At one point, I was told the package was at the local FedEx office, only to receive another text stating it was picked up and scheduled for delivery. The local office then mentioned the package was in a warehouse, while another customer service agent stated it was still in Memphis due to weather conditions. By noon on January 7, the website indicated the package was in Ft. Lauderdale's sorting center. The lack of clear communication has been frustrating, and now, as the package remains undelivered without a definite timeline, I am requesting a refund.

My package was scheduled for delivery on 1/7/[redacted] but then delayed to 1/8/[redacted]. Despite waiting from 8 am, I received a message claiming I was not available, which is untrue. After contacting customer service, the first call was disconnected, and the second agent insisted on my unavailability. When I pointed out the Saturday delivery option on their website, he suggested holding my package instead. However, as my package contains car tires, pick-up was not feasible. The delivery was postponed from a Friday to a Tuesday, with no Monday deliveries allegedly available. This conflicts with my Tuesday morning installation appointment. It seems there were multiple discrepancies in the information provided. I would appreciate if the package could be delivered today as a resolution. Thank you, Sandra S.

I was informed yesterday that a package was scheduled for delivery to my residence by 8PM, but it did not arrive. Checking the website, it stated an attempted delivery at 20:13. Just now, I received an alert for a delivery by 8PM on 01/07, which is in the past. The website mentions a delivery attempt at 18:13 yesterday, which is in accurate as I was near the front door until 00:30 and no one came. FEDEX often delivers without ringing the bell, and I see them from my home/office window. They rarely knock or ring the bell. I am unsure of when I can expect my package.

We have had repeated issues with our delivery driver leaving packages in front of the garage door instead of using the wheelchair ramp to our covered front porch. It has resulted in wet boxes due to rain. Today, the FEDEX Home Delivery package was once again left inappropriately. The ASN # provided was (00)) [redacted] [redacted]14 4. I am reaching out to address this ongoing problem. Thank you, Ray Olesevsky.

I had a package mistakenly sent to the wrong address. This is the second time this has occurred with FedEx in about a year. The tracking number for my package is [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] 78. My mailbox number is prominently displayed and visible. I witnessed the FedEx truck passing by my house. Despite receiving an email confirmation that the package was delivered, it was not at my address but three houses down. I kindly request that drivers pay closer attention to mailbox numbers. Thank you and God bless.

I anticipated a FedEx delivery on Friday, but it was not sent until Thursday. Despite not showing up on Friday, the delay was caused by the shipper taking days to send the package after creating a label. The delivery was rescheduled for Monday. My complaint with FedEx is that on Saturday, the FedEx truck passed my local distribution center and continued [redacted] miles to a different one, then proceeded another [redacted] miles in the wrong direction to another center. FedEx tracking stated the delay and inability to deliver on Sunday, even though it was never scheduled for Sunday. The package could have been delivered if the truck had made a stop. The package returned [redacted] miles to my local distribution center on Saturday night and arrived Sunday morning with the estimated delivery still set for Monday. On Sunday evening, I received an email claiming delivery could not be made due to no one being available, though there were four people at home all day. No delivery was attempted. This dishonesty from FedEx is unacceptable. While I understand the Friday delivery date was missed, had the truck stopped near me, I could have received my package on Saturday or Sunday. If FedEx truly attempted delivery on Sunday, I would have received it then. FedEx's explanation of shipments moving through sorting locations before reaching the delivery address does not justify passing by my local center, going [redacted] miles in the wrong direction, and then returning the same distance. If this route was intentional, someone should be held accountable. I can forgive errors, including the extra [redacted] miles, but I cannot excuse the dishonesty.

I have been attempting to schedule a FedEx pickup for my order for about 1 1/2 weeks now. I have encountered multiple changes in pickup times and dates causing inconvenience. Due to my age of 78, I find it challenging to physically transport the heavy package to a FedEx location. I have spoken to various representatives who have provided conflicting information regarding the pickup. I am tired of moving the package back and forth from the garage. Today, a FedEx employee claimed to have come by at 12:25 pm, stating the package was not there, although I had placed it outside before 11 am. Moreover, the current associate I spoke to mentioned not being able to locate any information in the system using my confirmation and tracking numbers. Dealing with FedEx's staff has left me feeling frustrated, especially when my request to speak with a supervisor was declined.

When the FedEx driver rang my doorbell, I was just getting my mask to answer it. She left approximately 25-30 seconds later, without waiting for a response. I mentioned to her as she walked back to her truck that she didn't give me enough time and didn't leave a delivery tag for a required signature. She just replied that she rang the bell, handed me the package, and left. This type of service falls short of my expectations. As someone who has been in business for 30 years, I consider this to be poor business practice. FedEx should either attempt a re-delivery or provide a more customer-friendly solution rather than inconveniencing customers. This particular driver did not represent FedEx well. Given the choice, I prefer using UPS for their more reliable service. Tracking number: [redacted]27.

I was expecting a package from MyPillow via FedEx scheduled for delivery on December 23, [redacted]. The shipment was expedited on December 19, [redacted]. However, it seems to be stuck since it arrived in Memphis, TN on December 20, [redacted]. I have not received any updates since then. I am hoping to get in touch with FedEx to inquire about the current status of my package and when I can expect it to be delivered. These items were intended as gifts for Christmas [redacted], so receiving them now would still be appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I am curious if the FedEx staff member can identify the driver who handled my package on January 9, [redacted]. I have been eagerly awaiting this package for four days since it arrived at the Charlotte location at 12:21 PM on Sunday. Despite expecting delivery on Monday morning, a FedEx truck was only seen in my apartment parking lot around 10 AM, yet no driver came up. Although I have been reassured during my frequent phone calls that the package would arrive by the end of each day, it has not materialized. Promised delivery dates have come and gone, with the latest set for January 12, [redacted]. I remain hopeful for a successful delivery. Unlike previous prompt deliveries from other states, this particular package has been inexplicably delayed. Despite being informed that drivers work until 8 PM, those handling my package seem to finish at 7 PM. I've always expected drivers to complete all deliveries before wrapping up their shifts.

On Wednesday, January 12, [redacted], a bag of dog food intended for a customer named Bushmire at [redacted] Millers Run Road was mistakenly delivered to my address at [redacted] Millers Run Road in McDonald, PA. The driver did not notice the address discrepancy and did not attempt to ask for clarification by ringing the doorbell. I contacted a relative of the Bushmire family to arrange for the delivery of the dog food to the correct address. Unfortunately, as of now, the bag remains at my front door. I recommend that FedEx drivers take extra steps to confirm addresses if needed. I am dissatisfied with this experience and hope for improved actions in the future. Thank you for addressing this matter.

Fed Ex has repeatedly delivered my neighbors' packages to my address without any notice. Despite the note on the garage door, where packages are left due to snow, I've had to deliver items six times in the past two months. I have contacted them multiple times, but the automated system did not offer a solution. I demand to speak with a representative to resolve this ongoing issue. My address is [redacted] Cecile in North Pole Alaska [redacted]. I currently have three packages that were mistakenly delivered to me, which I will not deliver to my neighbors. Fed Ex must pick them up and deliver them to the correct address promptly. If this problem persists, I will request compensation for the inconvenience and time wasted on deliveries. Bogus

I arranged a pick-up for 11 boxes on FedEx's website. Despite entering all the necessary details, I encountered an error message when trying to schedule it. After a frustrating experience with their automated phone system, I finally spoke to a representative and managed to arrange a new pick-up with them. Unfortunately, the pick-up did not happen as planned due to a mix-up with the address. After a long wait on the phone and several transfers, I was informed that the pick-up was mistakenly scheduled for a different address. Despite providing the correct information multiple times, the address was still incorrect. I was assured that another attempt would be made for the pick-up the next day. I received a new pick-up confirmation number but was left feeling disappointed with the level of service provided after being a loyal customer for 20 years. The struggles with the automated system and the repeated need to explain my situation to multiple representatives was very frustrating and time-consuming.

I am currently at [redacted] sitting in warehouse waiting for delivery but no schedule has been set. This is frustrating and disappointing. The package arrived in SSF on 1/16, three days late. I reported this twice and was expecting a call today, but instead, I received an email falsely claiming it would arrive today. If not received by 1/20, it will cost me $[redacted] for which I will take legal action. I planned to get the item elsewhere today but was at a funeral when I got your delivery message. Your lack of organization and honesty is appalling. I visited your San Mateo Avenue facility last night seeking assistance, but it seems I have to locate it myself in your warehouse. This level of service is unacceptable. Your delivery personnel have a bad habit of not ringing the bell for packages requiring a signature, causing inconvenience. This has happened before. I will be informing others about my negative experience with your company. It is not about excuses but about the lack of communication and service quality. - S.K.

I was expecting an Apple phone delivered through express shipping on the 19th. I was home all day, yet received a text saying no one answered the door. Today, it was rescheduled for delivery between 8 AM - 8 PM, so I took the day off work costing me $[redacted]. When I called at 7:30, I was informed the phone wouldn't arrive by 8 PM but by noon the next day, meaning I have to take another day off work, now totaling $[redacted] lost. The multiple text reminders for a signature contrast the lack of notification about the delay. I anticipate better service given the circumstances, especially considering the $[redacted] phone at stake if not received by noon tomorrow.
