Hello, my name is Beetie Dawson. I am trying to locate the package with tracking number [redacted], which was stated to be delivered, but it's not at my home or my neighbors'. This isn't the first time I've encountered issues with FedEx deliveries. While I have received other recent packages, this particular one, essential for my Christmas shopping, seems to be missing. Despite contacting Belk's about the matter, the package remains unaccounted for. I've had limited access to my home due to my husband's recent major surgery, spending most of my time at the hospital. I've asked my neighbors to keep an eye out, but the package has not turned up. I kindly request the driver to return and confirm the exact delivery location. I am unable to find package ending in [redacted] that was supposed to be delivered on December 3rd at 10:45 in the morning. It was stated that it was left at the side door, but I did not receive any package there. Please have a customer service representative contact me at 1-[redacted] to address my concerns and have the driver return to verify if the shipment was left. I have encountered multiple issues with FED X and have needed help finding packages on several occasions. I eagerly await your call.

I have requested multiple times not to send the same delivery person as he keeps speeding up after being asked not to. He completely ignores my small dogs, who are only 8 and 9 pounds, and I fear he might accidentally harm one of them. I am willing to bring them inside if he could wait a bit before leaving. I do not want him coming to my property again.

I am frustrated with the recent FedEx delivery to my apartment building. Once again, the package was left outside for anyone to take without attempting to contact me via the call box. The delivery driver did not make any effort to get in touch but instead left a door tag without checking if I was available. Today's delivery was particularly disappointing as the package was abandoned next to the building in the mud, which damaged half of the contents. This issue with FedEx deliveries not being properly handled is becoming a recurring problem, and it needs to be addressed promptly.

Subject: FedEx Delivery Feedback I was informed that my package would be delivered on Tuesday, December 7, and would require a digital signature. Since my wife and I wouldn't be home, we arranged for our neighbors in the duplex to sign for it. I left a note on our door instructing the FedEx driver to deliver next door for a signature. Despite receiving a delivery confirmation, the package was found on our porch by our neighbor's daughter. No signature was obtained, which leads me to believe the driver may have signed on our behalf to save time. This is concerning and may not comply with company policy. My two packages were supposed to arrive yesterday (12/6) and again this morning (12/7) but were not delivered. They are now heading back to the FedEx warehouse without a new delivery date. Both packages require my signature, and I rearranged my schedule on both days to be present. I monitored the deliveries through the FedEx app. However, now I have to leave for several days and won't be available to sign for the packages. It's frustrating that after waiting for two days, the packages are not here as promised. When I contacted customer service, the representative had limited solutions to offer.

I believe there was a mistake in the delivery status of my package. I have been at home the entire time waiting for it. Despite waiting outside and ensuring all lights were on, there was no delivery vehicle seen. The tracking number for the package is [redacted]11. I recall hearing about a FedEx driver mishandling packages recently and I'm concerned this might be related. This issue has been occurring multiple days in a row.

I mistakenly received a package labeled for Arlene B Domingo at my address. I have tried calling the phone number on the label but got no response. The package was delivered on 12/4, and despite contacting customer service on the same day, the package has been sitting unopened on my porch for four days. I am not the intended recipient, and I can't keep it on my porch as it obstructs my wheelchair. If it's not picked up, I will assume it's unwanted and dispose of it.

I received a notification that my package was delivered at 11:20 am PST, but the driver drove off without attempting to deliver it. The driver did not leave the truck or check if we were available even though our unit was closed. Requesting a redelivery today as the package was not handed over.

I received a message stating that a package with FedEx tracking number [redacted][redacted] was delivered at 10:37 AM on December 8, left at the front door. However, despite me and my husband being home, we didn't see any FedEx truck or receive the package. This issue is not isolated, as a similar incident occurred on November 6, [redacted]. Many people in the Carthage, MS area seem to be experiencing delivery problems with FedEx, with complaints surfacing on local Facebook groups. It seems like there may be ongoing delivery issues in our area that need to be addressed by FedEx.

My shipment has been sent out for delivery and returned to the facility multiple times recently. This package is urgent, and I am extremely frustrated because it is already 5 days overdue. I would like either A) to have the package delivered correctly tomorrow on 12/9 or B) to obtain the direct phone number for the local facility to schedule a pick-up appointment since that seems to be the only option available.

I ordered an item and tracked it via Fedex with tracking number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. Yesterday, I got an email saying it was delivered to my home at 3:47pm. I was outside installing Christmas lights in my front yard at that time, and I did not receive the package. If it was delivered, it might have gone to the wrong address. Could you please provide a picture of the item on my front porch if you believe it was delivered to me?

Around a month and a half ago, I paid $6.39 for shipping and handling for my phone order. However, I have yet to receive my phone. Today, I received a text message indicating I still owe $2.67. I attempted to call the provided number in the message, but according to Verizon, it is not in service. I wish to receive my phone, but I am puzzled about why I am being asked for an additional $2.67 on top of the shipping and handling fee I've already paid.

I have experienced four deliveries being sent to the wrong addresses, and I am completely unsatisfied with this situation. The first incorrect delivery occurred on September 28, [redacted], with tracking number [redacted]09. While my address was correct, it seems the FedEx driver may have had trouble reading or was careless. This week, three more packages were mistakenly delivered to the wrong address, fortunately, our neighbor received them and informed us. The tracking numbers for these three deliveries are [redacted]0, [redacted]18, and [redacted]64. I want to highlight that all packages had the correct address. I have had positive experiences with other FedEx employees in the area, who have been friendly and courteous. However, the current delivery personnel seem to be making repeated mistakes. This issue needs urgent attention, as it not just affects me but likely others too. If I encounter one more incorrect delivery, I will escalate this matter to corporate and the media. I am currently facing an issue with a package that has a FedEx tracking number. When I track the package on the FedEx website, it directs me to contact the US Postal Service. However, as the tracking number belongs to FedEx, the Postal Service is unable to provide any details. The package has been stagnant in Texas for a week without any progress. The FedEx tracking information indicates that it is in transit to the local post office, which should be in Tennessee, not Texas. I am eager for updates regarding the status of this delivery. After initially being told my order was on its way, I was later informed that it is currently lost. The replacement order was sent days ago but appears to be stuck in Arizona. Despite having a label and a tracking number, it hasn't moved. I am puzzled as to why my replacement isn't making progress compared to the lost order. What is causing these delays in delivering my order to me?

This is my fifth time addressing this issue today. After being informed that my package from Chewy was on your delivery truck for 10 days, it was admitted that the package was lost. Chewy has already sent out a replacement, which has been sitting in Arizona for the last three days. The package has a label and tracking number. I am concerned as to why it is not in transit. Will this package be neglected until it is lost as well? I was supposed to receive it by today according to the estimate. Your singular responsibility is to deliver packages. How can I ensure I receive my package promptly?

A customer from the Faroe Islands purchased an item from my Etsy store. The item was sent from Hannibal, US, on October 21st. The tracking number for the shipment is [redacted]84. Since October 29th, the package has been at the local FedEx facility in Torshavn. Every day at 12pm, there is a status update saying "Clearance in Progress." The customer was anticipating receiving the item for Christmas, and I am worried it may not arrive on time. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I am extremely frustrated with the service I received. Today, upon returning from work on 12/10/[redacted], I discovered that one of your delivery drivers had left my package outside, resulting in my dogs tearing it apart. For the past two years, I have made it clear by placing a blue tote with a message that states, "Please leave package inside, Thank you," on my front walkway. This request seems very straightforward, as both my regular mail carrier and UPS have had no issues following it. I am disappointed with the lack of attention to detail from your delivery personnel. In the last month, FedEx has mistakenly delivered my packages to [redacted] SE Doolittle Trail instead of [redacted] SE Doolittle Trail three times. Today's delivery was left on the ground at the incorrect address again. These issues seem to be originating from the Tallahassee FL center, as I have not experienced any problems with the Jacksonville FL center in the past.
