i am trying to get my gate fixed that was damaged by a fedex driver. Your claims service, ARC Claims, is now ignoring my, which I feared, and sure enough, I am now being ignored. Looking into them, they have a B rating with the BBB and are known for delaying claims as long as possible. My attorney found this out and passed the info on to me. Please help me - fedex badly damaged the gate, an... ... A fedex driver recently damaged the gate to my horse farm. I have sent in the form along with photos to Patrick Whelihan - have written him several personal emails, and have heard nothing about the status of my claim. I need the gate repaired, as it is essential for our horses safety, and our security. I am wondering why FedEx is so unresponsive to this problem.
