I would like to share a positive experience with package tracking number [redacted]99, delivered on Friday, 9/04/[redacted] at 1:15 pm in Windsor Heights, Iowa. The delivery driver who brought my queen size mattress was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. He willingly placed the bulky package at my door despite its size and weight. Later, when I struggled to get it inside, he noticed and returned to assist me, ensuring the mattress made it safely into my house. I regret not getting his name, but I believe recognition is deserved for his outstanding customer service. I hope you can pass along my praise to his supervisors.

To: FedEx Customer Service <[redacted]> I was requested to confirm my email address by replying to an email, but I never received it, whether from FedEx or after requesting it from you. Regarding tracking number DT1[redacted] [redacted] left by "M. Maran," I was home all day and did not receive a delivery or doorbell ring. After contacting FedEx, I was assured the package would arrive the next day by 8 pm. I expressed the need for a more specific delivery time to Crystal, who ended the call when I asked to speak to a manager. Despite staying home the following day, there was no FedEx delivery. When I visited the local FedEx office with the DT tag, I was informed the package had been returned to the sender. This experience raises concerns about the level of customer service, especially since I had signed up for prior delivery notifications that I no longer receive.

Tracking ID #[redacted]12 - I initially expected my package to arrive by September 5th at 8 p.m., but it didn't show up. Another delivery was successfully made on the same day but not the second package. On the 6th, the delivery truck slowly passed by my house without stopping. I believed the driver might turn around, but that didn't happen. I have clear house markings, yet the driver claimed a delivery issue due to my absence. This excuse is unacceptable as packages are usually left without needing a signature. Despite being home and watching the truck pass without stopping, the tracking system insists no one was available for the delivery. I don't appreciate being asked to wait for a rescheduled delivery on September 8th when my package was originally due on the 5th. The driver's behavior on the 6th was unsatisfactory as they failed to attempt the delivery. I am disappointed with the service provided and the false claims of a delivery issue.

Yesterday morning, FedEx delivered 3 packages to my office, but they were not intended for me, my wife, or our company. After contacting the recipient, we arranged for the correct delivery. However, I then noticed that my own 4 packages were marked for delivery in Flagstaff, Arizona instead of Page, Arizona. Despite the tracking indicating they were delivered and signed for, the items never arrived. Numerous calls to FedEx only resulted in being asked to call back or wait endlessly on hold before the call disconnected. This lack of communication and service has cost me a loyal customer, $7,[redacted], and years of business relationship. I was assured by FedEx that the delivery would be prompt, but the situation has been a disaster. I am greatly disappointed and demand prompt resolution. I have been experiencing ongoing delivery issues for quite some time now. Whenever a FedEx driver delivers a package to my address, it's either left on the road instead of at my house as UPS reliably does, or it's misdelivered to another address nearby. Our home has a 50-foot long curved driveway, and due to the layout, we are unable to see if a delivery has been made from our house. Regardless of the weather conditions or the nature of the package, FedEx drivers consistently leave packages at the road, exposed to passersby. A few months back, a valuable guitar was left out in the rain at the roadside. Despite numerous attempts to address this problem with FedEx over the past two years, no lasting solution has been provided. I am sharing this complaint with the hope of finding a resolution. I kindly request that the drivers be reminded not to leave packages unattended on the street. Today, I encountered a situation where a sizable package was left outside the house, next to the street, instead of the usual practice of placing it inside the gate, next to the door. Fortunately, I arrived soon after, within 20 minutes of its delivery. However, had I not been prompt, the package would have been vulnerable to theft. It is essential for FedEx to ensure that packages are brought directly to the door to prevent such incidents in the future. Tracking# [redacted]50.

Hello, I'm Lisa McCullough. I'm having issues with a package sent on 8/19/[redacted] from Lincoln, Nebraska, to Saint Paul, MN, through Memory Stitch. The tracking number is [redacted]45 with 2-day shipping. The Shipper's reference # is [redacted]. I've been unable to track my package beyond "pending" when using the provided tracking information. Memory Stitch claims they handed it to FedEx, but FedEx's automated service states the Shipper still possesses the package. As the quilt made from my youngest son's T-shirts, who recently passed away, intended as a gift for my eldest son's birthday, is missing, I requested Memory Stitch file a claim on Ref# [redacted]0. I am experiencing an issue with the delivery service from the Montgomery, NY distribution center. This is the second time in a week that packages have been left near the mailbox by the road where they are visible to anyone passing by, even though my driveway is accessible. Other deliveries have made it down the driveway to our front steps, which makes this current driver's behavior concerning. I believe it is due to laziness as the driveway is not being fully utilized. I was expecting a package to arrive on Friday, September 11th. The driver claimed to have attempted delivery at 6:12 p.m., which I know is untrue. I was home and working in my office with a view of the street, and there was no FedEx truck in sight. It's frustrating to be lied to. When I contacted Maria from your helpline, she informed me the delivery wouldn't happen until Monday, the next business day. This delay is unacceptable. Today at 1:30 pm, our long-term nursing facility received a delivery. The driver arrived and wanted to enter the facility, but I explained that he couldn't due to COVID-19 protocols. Despite this, he became agitated and refused to cooperate. When asked to move his truck closer to make the drop-off easier, he became even more confrontational. Ultimately, he reluctantly made the delivery, but was very disrespectful and threw a tantrum. I had to involve our Maintenance Director to handle the situation. The driver's behavior was completely inappropriate and unacceptable given the current circumstances.

I am inquiring about FedEx package #[redacted]70. The tracking map indicates the package is still at the North Wales PA facility, yet I received an email stating it was delivered on 09/01/[redacted] at 4:45pm. After reviewing security footage, there was no delivery of the 48-pound expensive package within the specified time frame. The camera footage clearly shows that the package was never delivered to my address. The authorities are investigating how a delivery could be recorded for a 48-pound package without any evidence on the high-tech security system. I am puzzled as to why two smaller packages were delivered successfully while the larger expensive one has gone missing. I contacted FedEx to return a package, a large envelope, to me as the sender in Newark, NJ. Unfortunately, the package was given a new tracking number and sent to Memphis, TN, only to be sent back to Newark, NJ under the original tracking number and eventually delivered. After seeing the delivery on the tracking system, I contacted customer service and was informed that the driver retrieved the package and it was on the way back to me, with the local FedEx facility supposed to contact me the following day for pick-up. However, no contact was made on Friday. Upon following up with customer service, I was informed that the package is now missing after the last scan on September 10, [redacted], in Newark, NJ. As the package holds significant value, I am eager to learn if FedEx has reached out to the driver who retrieved it on Thursday in Newark, NJ and if the Newark facility is actively searching for the package or if it is indeed lost.

My daughter was charged $40 by a FedEx driver to receive a parcel that I had already paid to be sent. The delivery was also late. This feels like a rip-off by the driver. I plan to share this experience at marketplace in Canada to warn others about this scam. I urge you to address this issue promptly, question your employee, and respond quickly. My daughter should receive a refund, and I believe my future shipping should be complimentary due to this incident. I recently received a collection warning letter for a payment I made at the Boca Raton office while simultaneously shipping a package. I have the original receipt and a screenshot of my bank statement as proof of payment. Despite my attempts to resolve this over the phone, I was instructed to email [redacted] Unfortunately, I have not received a response yet. I'm concerned that if this continues, it may result in a collection, impact my credit history, and have financial consequences. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with FedEx. I shipped a valuable package which was unfortunately stolen. In addition, my kids have not received the last three FedEx deliveries they were expecting. Despite reaching out for assistance and filing a claim with all the necessary documentation, I have not received any updates or resolution. The lack of customer support and unhelpful responses when I called have left me frustrated and heartbroken as the contents of the package were very special. In a time where connection is crucial, this experience has made me question the integrity of the company. FedEx's negligence and poor service in handling these issues have been disappointing, and I hope for a proper resolution soon.

I am eagerly awaiting my delivery from Little Woodenboat in Fort Worth, Texas, which was collected on 9/11. Initially, the expected delivery date was 9/15, but it was rescheduled with a delay exception message indicating no attempt was made and that it would be delivered the next business day. This has now occurred on 9/15 and 9/16, and I am concerned about the delivery status. In the past, a previous purchase was severely damaged due to delays in the delivery process from this company. I am currently dissatisfied with Fed Ex's service as I have been provided unclear explanations, mentioning an "overload" as the reason for the delay. I believe that when an item is delayed for one day and then rescheduled for the next business day, it should receive priority for delivery, which does not seem to be the case here. I have encountered repeated challenges with FedEx deliveries to my home. Packages are inconsistently left at different spots, making it difficult for me as a person with limited mobility. Despite addressing this issue with Chewy, receiving deliveries on a regular basis, we have only partially solved the problem by adding a special instruction on my labels. However, even with this message, deliveries are still not consistently placed where instructed. Recently, during heavy rain, a package was left in a wet location, which could have been avoided by following the clear instruction to leave packages to the left of the front door. I have explored alternatives like using UPS, but unfortunately, it's not feasible. Local management has shown understanding but hasn't made lasting improvements. I have a meal subscription with Sun Basket which clearly states delivery to my door. However, for the past four weeks, my deliveries have been left in the mailboxes downstairs instead of being brought to my door as indicated. As someone with a disability, carrying these boxes is not an option for me. Despite multiple complaints to Sun Basket, the issue persists. Today's delivery is even at a different building, making it impossible for me to retrieve it.
