I was trying to set up a pick up for my order instead of getting ordered to our business when we are closed. ... I ordered from Home Depot for something for our office. Saw it's delivering on a Saturday. We are closed Saturday's. Tried to change it to be picked up from a Fed Ex location. **Got the Message, "We are sorry to report that pick up at a FedEx location is no longer an option for this shipment.We are not able to process your request at this time. To continue with this process, contact FedEx directly at * (***) *** - **** with your Tracking Number: ************" **I called that number for Fed Ex and no matter what I choose, I can't speak to a rep. No. Matter. What. Despite it saying that once I enter my tracking number for the rep, it's still all automated. I'm livid. I tried changing the shipping address via the phone with the robot. I have to be THE SHIPPER. Please help me. Just want a real person. Robot does not give good and sufficient options. NEED HUMAN!!!!! Google has a TON of complaints about this.
This is frustrating because I keep getting a robot that doesn't help in the least bit.
They need to give me a human being to speak too to get actual help. Then get humans on their customer service and not robots who help nothing.
We order supplies for our business and use FedEx all the time. Despite us telling them we're closed on Saturday's and they still do it anyway, we still use them.
I tried ALL selections on the phone. No help at all.
