I need to speak with the supervisor immediately. Your employees were very rude while I was trying to schedule a pick up. My phone number is ***-***-**** my FedEx account number is ********* this is both for Fed Ex EXPRESS and FED EX ground. I need someone to pick up seven boxes today at my home in Georgia and deliver them to California my home address **** Wortser Ave., Studio City, CA ***** and I need at least seven labels because I don’t have any here they’re all at my home in California, and I used all of them up taking my other FedEx boxes to Conyers Georgia. Your employees were extremely rude and said they could only provide five labels maximum because that was company policy.*I have been a customer, a very loyal customer that spends a lot of money with FED EX for almost ** years. I have FED EX EXPRESS and FED EX ground. I would appreciate a call back immediately. I don’t need you to email me about my issue, I need someone to speak with me over the phone so I can handle this now I’m flying out later today from Georgia to California. And I need to send all of my daughters medications and her belongings to California. I need a label for each box if the driver could bring me eight labels that would be splendid.
