The issue in GetHuman-jpantozz's own words
Acct *: ****-****-*. *Tracking *: **** **** ****. *I sent this out with "Direct Signature" very clearly marked (I double checked because this has been a problem with FedEx before and I still have my Sender's Copy). After taking a week to deliver my overnight mail (understandable due to the hurricane), it was inexplicably left without obtaining a signature! Now I have to send another one, and would obviously like a refund on the improperly delivered package.
GetHuman-jpantozz did not yet indicate what FedEx should do to make this right.
