I purchased a pair of Patriots leggings for my sister as she sent me the link for her birthday present. The item was originally marked at $**.**. There was a promotion going on, which was **% off and free shipping. The total then became $**.**. I sent the item back as the leggings were a size too big and you guys no longer carry the item I purchased back in the end of November. I was refunded $**.**. I don’t understand why I was not refunded the full refund of $**.**? It’s no different than if I walked into your warehouse or store location with a receipt. I’ve spent over $*** easily this past two months with you guys, so I’d expect a full refund seeing how I’m a returning customer who always recommends your website and products.
