The first question is, “What can I help you with?” You can either click “An item I ordered” or “Something else.” Click “An item I ordered.”
Another question will pop up that says, “What should I use to look up your order?” Click on “Order Number,” “Email Address,” or “Phone Number,” depending on your preference.
Continue answering the questions until you’re connected with a live representative.
