I ordered four items from fanatics.com. My order number is: **-****-****. Only two items arrived but I received an e-mail saying that all four items were delivered. I was missing the Rutgers bracelet and beanie.* *I called customer service and I was told that the bracelet that I ordered was no longer available. I am extremely disappointed as the main reason that I placed the order was for the bracelet. I do not know what happened but the bracelet was available and confirmed and paid for when I placed the order. The customer service representative told me that I would get a refund for the bracelet and beanie and offered no explanation of what happened. She also did not refund the tax and I would like a refund of the bracelet, beanie and the tax on the two items. I have done business with this company in the past but I am very leary to do so in the future.
