I placed an order for the NHL Detroit Red Wings face mask set of 3 on May 28th. After contacting customer service on June 28th, I was promised help and told the supplier was reputable. Unfortunately, the face masks I received today, July 28th, are very thin latex, not durable, and have holes on the sides for the ears, which is inconvenient. I am a loyal customer and expect better quality products. The masks have unclear instructions, showing an upside-down mask, and the English is poor. It appears the company is not based in the U.S. despite what was indicated on the package. I urge you to address this issue promptly.

For Father's Day, my wife ordered a Chicago Blackhawks shirt, but the wrong shirt, a Maryland Terps shirt with NHL tags, was sent. After contacting, they promptly sent the correct shirt. I wore it once before washing it as I usually do with Fanatics shirts. However, after washing, the shirt's words became unreadable. I have noticed a decline in quality since Fanatics switched to "fanatics branded" tees. Several shirts have had the graphics fade/disintegrate after one wash. Despite being a customer for over 10 years with multiple accounts, such as [redacted] and [redacted], the recent quality has been disappointing. Past Fanatics shirts have lasted 5+ years, but the new branded shirts seem to have inferior printing quality, making me question being a loyal customer. As Fanatics is my primary sports apparel store, I'm concerned about the current printing process and might reconsider future purchases.

Subject: Issue with FedEx Package Delivery
I am reaching out regarding my recent FedEx delivery (Order 21-6[redacted]), which was allegedly left at my doorstep but never received. Despite being at home all night, the package was nowhere to be found, even after multiple trips in and out of my apartment. My neighbor, who frequently walks past my door, also did not notice any delivery.
According to FedEx, I am unable to open a claim directly, and they suggested contact with Fanatics to start the process. I kindly request assistance from Fanatics to initiate the claim with FedEx promptly and keep me informed of any progress until this matter is resolved.

I made a payment via PayPal for an order on July 21st which was confirmed. The money was deducted, but I have not received any updates about shipping or the whereabouts of my merchandise. I am hesitant to dispute it through PayPal, but I really need to know if my order has been shipped or when it will arrive. If it hasn't been shipped, I would like to cancel it. I can't find the order in my account history, and I find this situation quite frustrating. I wanted to inform you that we received our order earlier than expected in various packages, which was great. However, when the 3 Piece Flag Garden Stand package arrived last week, there was only one stand in the box instead of the two mentioned in the packing order. I need assistance with my order for the Kansas City Chiefs Cornhole Board set that was placed back in June. My daughter, Molly, has contacted your customer service twice already regarding this matter. Despite the helpfulness of your customer service team, our issue remains unresolved almost three months later. The initial board we received had a damaged decal with bumps and only the KC logo. When the replacement arrived in July, it still wasn't the correct cornhole game we ordered, which featured "[redacted]" and the Kansas City Chiefs design to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. Molly has been awaiting updates on the availability of the correct board without success.

I placed an order on 10/11/[redacted] for multiple items on your website, and I paid for next day shipping. Today is 10/14/[redacted], and I haven't received my order or been contacted by your company. Your website promises "next day" delivery, but there has been no explanation for the delay. I am frustrated by the lack of response and customer service. Please provide assistance in resolving this issue. If there are delays due to Covid-19, it would be better not to offer next day delivery. My order was placed three days ago, and I have yet to receive it. Order number [redacted]-[redacted]- has been causing me some trouble. Fedex informed me they do not ship to PO Boxes, but somehow my order was sent to one. After visiting Fedex and finding out that my package was delivered based on my name matching an address, I discovered that one of the items, #[redacted][redacted], was expected to be delivered yesterday to my physical address but ended up being sent back. I urgently need these items, as they are intended as Christmas presents. I recently ordered two items, but unfortunately, I mistakenly chose the wrong size. Consequently, I promptly placed a reorder for the correct sizes. Strangely, although both orders had a 70% discount, I noticed a discrepancy in the discount amounts. The initial order had a discount of $17.50, while the second order only had a discount of $9.60. Furthermore, upon returning the incorrectly sized items, I received an email confirming the return and a refund of $45.37, which also covered the shipping and handling costs. However, this amount does not align with my total bill of $62.73. I am disappointed by these inconsistencies and issues with discounts and false advertising. Despite attempting to contact customer service, I was unable to speak with a representative as the line only had recordings. I urge for prompt resolution, as I have been a loyal customer of Fanatics but am dismayed by this experience. I hope to receive a satisfactory reply soon.

I recently received Order #[redacted]-[redacted] for a jersey, but unfortunately, it was incorrect. The jersey was supposed to have both a name and a number, but it only came with a number. This was disappointing because it was a special Christmas gift for my grandson. I will need to reorder it, but he won't have it in time for Christmas now.
Since the mistake was on your end, I believe I should not have to pay for the return shipping. Could you please provide me with a Return Authorization number at no cost to me? Thank you.

A few weeks ago, I made a purchase on Fanatics. I received the Notre Dame Fighting Irish long sleeve shirt on December 4th, but I have not yet received the second item, a Dallas Cowboys Fanatics branded half zip sweatshirt. While browsing the website for Buffalo Bills hats, I accidentally left the page before checking out. When I returned, I found out that my order had been processed without my consent. I promptly returned the order upon arrival. However, I was displeased to receive an email stating I would be credited with an e-credit card instead of refunding my credit card the full amount. I am frustrated by this experience and will not make future purchases from Fanatic until this matter is resolved.

I purchased a ring for my wife as a Christmas gift in November. She tried it on on Christmas and unfortunately, it is a half size too small. Thinking I had plenty of time due to the store's [redacted]-day refund policy, I planned to exchange it. However, I recently discovered that this item needs to be returned within 30 days. I have attempted to contact your 24-hour line but I continually encounter the automated message prompting me to select options for new or existing orders with no response.
In the past, I ordered a Kansas City Chiefs Glacier Tall Black Pullover for $59.99 as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, the size is too small for my husband. I am now seeking assistance on either exchanging it for a larger size or returning it.
Upon trying to initiate a return online, I received a notification stating that the return period had expired. I believed there was a [redacted]-day window for returns. If this is not the case, I risk losing the $59.99 I spent on the item, as well as shipping costs.

I purchased a Chicago Bears jersey and a Salute to Service sweatshirt, both for the Chicago Bears team, but they were sent to the wrong address. I contacted customer service, and they promised to refund me for the out-of-stock jersey, but the refund hasn't been processed. I requested for the sweatshirt to be resent to the correct address, but I was advised to wait for it to arrive, which hasn't happened past the expected time.
