On ***** I purchased an online gift card for my father's birthday. Order * **-****-****. I was merely looking to make this purchase and have the GC emailed to him. When it asked me for the recipients email address, I believed that indicated it would be sent to him directly. I called this morning (*****) since he hadn't received anything and was told that the GC would ship to me. When I asked if I could simply change the email address, they indicated it was not transferable or able to be canceled. So I now am stuck with a GC that I don't wan't and have to figure out a way to get my father another birthday gift. The customer service rep I called was of NO help at all either. I can understand if the item had already shipped, but as it's still in process all I want to do is cancel or modify it so I can get it to the person it was intended for. This is really crummy customer service and I will not be purchasing anything from your site again. Lots of ways to get what I need through Amazon who makes life really easy for the customer. Total disappointment.
